Tistilal Village

Tistilal Village is a redevelopment of an existing Native American Youth and Family Center (NAYA) property that advances the vision of Native housing leaders and the community members that came before us. 

Tistilal Village has 58 studio, 1-BR, 2-BR, and 3-BR apartments providing deep affordability. The property includes 16 permanent supportive housing units for formerly homeless households with services provided by Native American Rehabilitation of the Northwest (NARA).

Amenities and features include beautiful outdoor space with Native plantings and an ample play area for children, as well as generous community and private spaces for culturally specific supportive services. The property has two elevators, high efficiency air conditioning in units and common areas, and a layout that supports safety and security. Tistilal is designed for family living with durable materials and finishes, ample sound buffering, clear and simple circulation patterns, and a soothing color palate.
